Parking spaces are available in our underground garage and outside. One free space is included per apartment/room.
If you travel with several cars per apartment/room, booking another underground parking spot is obligatory for EUR 10,- per day. Please declare upon booking. 

E-Charging stations are available. Please declare upon booking.

The mountain railway "Karbachbahn" is only 3 minutes away by car. The ski bus stop is right next to the hotel building on the main road.

AlpenParks Hochkönig is located directly in the town centre. Restaurants and shops are only a few steps away.

Our reception is staffed daily. Exact times can be found according to the appendix on site. By phone we are available for you 24 hours.

Our rooms are available to you from 3 pm on the arrival day. We ask you to vacate the rooms by 10 am on departure day. LATE CHECK OUT until 4 pm can be booked on site for a surcharge of EUR 50 per apartment and depending on availability.

If you arrive after the reception closes (06.00 pm) please contact the hotel. You will receive your personal access code.

Only 60m next to the hotel & apartment is the supermarket SPAR.

Closed on Sundays and holidays!

The sports store "Sport Klaus" is located right next to the cable car.

Here too we can highly recommend 'Sport Klaus' right next to the mountain railroad.

You can book breakfast for your stay. You can book for the whole stay when you make your reservation.

Your four-legged companion is welcome to join you on holiday. (only with preregistration)
We charge € 19 per day (without food). Dogs are not allowed at the restaurant.

We’d like to inform you that there are several fireworks in Mühlbach on New Year’s Eve. Thus, sensitive dogs may not stay unsupervised in the apartments on this night.

You may gladly settle your bill with CASH, EC or credit card (Visa and Master Card). The bill is payable upon departure. You are welcome to pay your bill the evening before departure. 

The basic amenities are covered by the AlpenParks superior service:

From 8 nights 1x intermediate cleaning and linen change is included.
Additional towel and bath towel change € 6,- per set

• Baby Kit (on request) - one-time € 16,-
• Extra bed from 7 years - € 25,- per night
• An extra bed is charged from the respective basic occupancy.

Final cleaning: mandatory.
Waste disposal is not included in the final cleaning. The waste has to be disposed into the respective containers which are located in the main building (waste separation)

• Intermediate cleaning optionally bookable upon reservation: Recycling, bed-making, towel change, bath/WC cleaning, kitchen
• Daily cleaning / 2-day cleaning optionally bookable upon reservation: Recycling, bed-making, towel change, bath/WC cleaning - no kitchen

We ask you to book additional cleaning up to 2 weeks before arrival. On site, this is only possible subject to availability.

You can use the washing machine / dryer for an extra charge.

Yes some of our rooms and holiday apartments are wheelchair-accessible. (Please mention when booking)
