Are you familiar with the feeling of not being able to decide between an apartment and a hotel? On the one hand, a holiday apartment offers you plenty of freedom and independence. On the other hand, a hotel offers services such as a breakfast buffet, housekeeping, or cosy communal spaces. At the AlpenParks apartments, you won’t have to make an either-or decision between the two. Because we offer special hotel services for your stay at our apartments. And you’re more than welcome to take advantage of them!
The advantages of an apartment with hotel services
Starting with a reception in the building, a playroom for our little guests and breakfast at the bistro, you’ll find everything your heart desires during your stay at AlpenParks apartments. Our superior hotel services even include a laundry and housekeeping service upon request. The general rule is: Everything’s optional! It’s entirely up to you whether you want to self-cater or take advantage of one or several of the hotel services.
Special plus: In winter you can ski directly to the hotel (depending on snow conditions).
39 high-quality and newly built apartments not only include special hotel services. They also have an exclusive interior and a number of additional feel-good features:
- modern fitted kitchen with high-quality appliances
- living room/dining area with TV
- open space parking and underground car park
- sauna in the bathroom of some of the apartments
- balcony, loggia, or terrace
- multiple bathrooms and/or a separate WC in some of the apartments

The holiday apartments are between 44 m² and 75 m² in size and offer space for two to eight people. However, probably the most beautiful “amenity” awaits you right outside the apartment: a view of the impressive mountain world of the Salzburger Land region! The Hochkönig is an extraordinary sight and a beautiful setting for all kinds of sports – no matter the season: skiing, winter hiking or snowshoeing on snowy winter days and hiking, mountain biking or climbing on sunny summer days. With the Hochkönig Card, many of these activities are free of charge!
