Your host Alexander Kalss is himself a passionate mountain biker and knows the bike region Ausseerland-Salzkammergut like the back of his hand.
He is always available to help you with tour planning and technical questions with tips and suggestions. He is always happy to pass on one or two insider tips or information about his favorite tours.

For the rides with the guests, the guided tours, comes with Helmut Simonlehner, head of the Mountain Bike Center Salzkammergut, the highest competence in the house.
Helmut is a state-certified triathlon coach and trained mountain bike instructor. In addition, he runs the mountain bike test center "Mouna Loa" in Bad Goisern together with Tom, one of the bike guides of the Mountain Bike Center Salzkammergut.
The team around Helmut consists exclusively of trained mountain bike guides (mountain bike instructor exam) here from the Salzkammergut.

Helmut himself or one of the guides will come to the AlpenParks Hagan Lodge reception as required, and inform you on the selection of guided mountain bike tours, biking technique trainings and mountain bike workshops for the following days. They are also available as contact persons for questions about the mountain bike region in general and for questions about individual tour planning.
