What are the check-in and check-out times?
You can check in from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room or apartment by 10 a.m. Late check-out until 2 p.m. or 5 p.m. is available for an additional fee.
Are the apartments equipped with a kitchen?
Yes, our apartments in Saalbach have a fully equipped kitchen, including cooking utensils, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. This means you can easily cater for yourself here.
Do the rooms and apartments have a balcony or terrace?
Yes, all of our apartments, studios and rooms have their own balcony or terrace with stunning views of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm mountains.
Are bed linen and towels included in the price?
Yes, a basic set of bed linen and towels is included in the apartment price. Additional towels can be booked at reception for an extra charge of €10.
Are there any accessible accommodations?

Does the hotel offer daily cleaning of the apartments?
If you book a room or a suite, daily cleaning including bed-making and towel changes is included. For the apartments, a final cleaning fee (between €92 and €230) is mandatory. You are welcome to book daily or intermediate cleaning as an extra.
