Cancellation

  • Up to 43 days before arrival: free cancellation possible

  • 42 to 14 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee of the total amount

  • 14 to 7 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee of the total amount

  • Within 7 days before arrival or no-show on the day of arrival: 100% cancellation fee

Please take out travel cancellation insurance, so you are covered in case you fall ill.
Legal basis is Austrian hotel regulations. Court of jurisdiction is Innsbruck.

Payments made in cash or with a debit (cash machine) card can be effected fee-free. We also accept the most popular credit cards VISA and MASTER CARD.
