What are the check-in and check-out times at the AlpenParks Montana Matrei in East Tyrol?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, please ask at reception – depending on availability, the team will be happy to help you.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Yes, dogs are very welcome at the AlpenParks Montana Matrei! Please let us know when you make your booking if you are bringing your four-legged friend. A fee of €19,- per day (excluding food) will be charged.
Are there baby cots or children's beds in the hotel?
Cots and extra beds are available on request. AlpenParks Montana Matrei is particularly family-friendly – parents and children alike will find the spacious family rooms offer plenty of space.
