Sauna or infrared cabin – which one is right for you?
The classic sauna uses hot air and intense heat to induce deep sweating and provide a traditional sauna experience. The infrared cabin warms the body directly via infrared rays at significantly lower air temperatures—gentler on the circulatory system, with a shorter warm-up time, and particularly soothing for tense muscles after a day of skiing or hiking.
You can find an overview of all available chalets with saunas and apartments with infrared cabins on our Chalets with Saunas page.
