In the three houses of the AlpenPark Chalet & Apartment AreitXpress we offer different apartment types for 4, 6 and 8 persons - you will find the apartment overview including prices below. The vacation apartments offer a breathtaking view of the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun.
The following services are included in the price:
- Bed linen and towels in the apartment (first supply)
- Kitchen package with detergent, kitchen roll, filter, wettex, dish towels
- Nespresso coffee machine (without capsules)
- Free W-Lan
- 1 parking place per apartment included
- Linen change and intermediate cleaning from 8 nights once free of charge
Information on the prices
- Prices per flat and per night for the specified standard occupancy
- plus final cleaning (varies depending on flat size)
- plus overnight stay tax: € 2,- per person and night (from 15 years)
- plus tourist tax: € 0.05 per person and night (from 15 years)
- High chair and baby cot (on request) - one-off € 16,-
- Additional person children up to 5 years - one-time € 16,-
- Additional person: Children from 6 years to 15 years or adult:
- € 16,- per night (in winter) and € 23,- per night (in summer)
Final cleaning: obligatory, no daily cleaning is included.
The final cleaning does not include waste disposal (bottles, crates, cardboard boxes, packaging material, etc.) and can be charged separately. Please dispose of the rubbish in the designated rubbish room.
- Intermediate cleaning optionally bookable on reservation: rubbish disposal, bed making, towel change, bathroom/WC cleaning, kitchen cleaning
- Daily cleaning/2-day cleaning optionally bookable with reservation: rubbish disposal, bed making, towel change, bathroom/WC cleaning - no kitchen
We kindly ask you to book additional cleaning services up to 3 weeks before arrival. This is only possible on site subject to availability.
