Reception
There is always someone at the reception desk from 8 am until 8 pm. Phone +43 (0)6584-2100-11.

Arrival
Rooms and Apartments are available from 04.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival; should the apartments be ready prior to this time, we are happy to let you have them ea rlier.

Departure
We would ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 10.00 a.m.  Should you want to make use of the day just let us know - if possible we can store your luggage in the lodge.

Deposit / Payment / Reservation
The reservation becomes binding upon receipt of our booking confirmation. This applies even if the deposit specified in the reservation letter has not yet been paid or has not been paid in full. The agreed deposit constitutes a partial payment toward the total price and must be paid within the specified time frame. Failure to pay the deposit does not automatically result in a free cancellation or cancellation of the booking. The agreed cancellation terms apply in all cases.

You are welcome to pay your bill on site in cash, with VISA, MASTERCARD, or an EC card (with PIN code).

Parking spaces
Each room or apartment has one free car-paring space.

Miscellaneous
Individual prices are per apartment/night, with the stated minimum occupancy of 2, 4 to 6 people, depending on the category. Minimum occupancies are available on request. Multiple occupancies are calculated via the additional beds prices per person/night. Package prices refer to what they comprise. Floor plans and sketches are by way of example; the may vary depending on the room, yet this does not reduce the price. Mistakes may occur despite careful examination.

Cancellation for summer and autumn 2026

• Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival
• Within 14 days you pay 50% of the stay
• In case of no-show 100% cancellation fee

Cancellation

• Up to 3 months prior to arrival, free
• Up to 1 month prior to arrival: 40 %
• Up to 1 week prior to arrival: 70 %
• Thereafter 100 %.
