Reception
The reception is open from 08:00 to 19:00.

Arrival
The apartments are ready for you from 15.00 on the day of arrival. Should they be ready before then, we will be happy to make them available to you earlier.
Departure
We kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 10.00 am. If you still want to use the day, please let us know, if possible you can deposit your luggage in the house.
Deposit / Billing / Reservation
The reservation is binding upon receipt of your deposit according to the reservation letter. You are welcome to pay your bill on site in cash, with VISA, MASTERCARD or with EC-Card (with pin code).

Parking spaces
One free parking space is available per apartment.
Other
Single prices are in the apartment per night with the indicated minimum occupancy of 4,6,8 or 10 persons depending on the category. More occupancies will be charged by the additional bed price per pers./night. Package prices refer to their contents. Floor plans and sketches are samples, they may vary depending on the apartment, but do not reduce the price. Partly bedrooms with window going into the living area. Errors excepted despite careful examination.
Cancellation
- up to 3 months before arrival free
- up to 1 month before arrival day 40 % of the total arrangement price;
- up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the total arrangement price;
- in the last week before the arrival day 90 % of the total arrangement price, afterwards 100 %.
Transfer service
Airport or train station, for an extra charge and advance reservation.
