Questions and answers
There is a hotel parking lot just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. We will be happy to inform you at the reception upon arrival.
The Natrunbahn (direct connection to the ski circuit 'Königstour') is only 100m away from the hotel. The ski bus to Dienten and Mühlbach stops almost in front of the hotel and leaves every 15 minutes.
In the rooms there is a bag with bath towels, bathrobe and slippers for the sauna area.
Of course, free wifi is available for our guests.
Your four-legged darling is welcome to come with you on vacation. (Dogs are only allowed in some rooms. Please contact us before booking).
We charge € 15,- per day (without food).
Free use of all operating mountain railroads in Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach throughout the summer. Free use of the hiking bus, 1 x summer toboggan run Biberg included, free admission to the swimming pools Maria Alm & Mühlbach. Guided MTB and E-MTB tours.
You are welcome to pay your bill in CASH, with EC or credit card (Visa and Master Card).
Our reception is open for you daily from 08:00 - 20:00.
On the day of arrival our rooms are available from 16:00. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 am.

Right next to the AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Maria Alm is the Ski School Maria Alm and several sports stores.
