FAQ – Frequently asked questions about the Wildbach Lodge Dienten
Important information about your vacation in the Salzburg region
To ensure you are well prepared for your vacation, we have compiled the most important questions and answers for you. Here you will find all the information you need about apartments, amenities, arrival, family offers, and services at the Wildbach Lodge Dienten am Hochkönig.
Are there parking spaces available at the hotel?
Yes, all guests have access to a secure underground parking space. There are also outdoor parking spaces and electric charging stations for cars and bikes.
How far is it to the ski lift?
The Bürglalmbahn and Gabühelbahn mountain railways are only 550 meters away.
The free ski bus stops 100 meters from the apartment and takes you directly to the mountain railways.
How far is it to the center of Dienten?
The Wildbach Lodge is located just 200 meters from the town center. Restaurants and shops are just a few steps away.
How long is the reception open?
Our reception desk is staffed daily. You can find the exact times in the appendix on site. We are available by phone 24 hours a day.
When can we check in and when do we have to check out?
On the day of arrival, our rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 a.m. For an additional charge of €50 per apartment and subject to availability, a LATE CHECK-OUT until 4:00 p.m. can be booked on site.
If you arrive after the reception closes at 6:00 p.m., please contact the hotel. You will receive your personal access code.
Is there a supermarket/grocery store nearby?
ADEG supermarket (village 27) – approx. 2 minutes on foot:
Monday to Saturday: 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
Is there a ski school nearby?
- Skischule Dienten (600 m from the apartment)
- Skischule Top Dienten (3 km from the apartment)
Can I bring my dog?
Your four-legged friend is welcome to come on vacation with you (advance booking required).
We charge €19 per day (excluding food).
How can I pay my bill?
You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, by debit card, or credit card (Visa and MasterCard). The bill is due upon departure. You are welcome to settle your bill the evening before departure.
What is already available in my apartment?
The basic equipment is covered by the AlpenParks Superior Service:
- High-quality, fully equipped fitted kitchen
- Brand-name kitchen appliances: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher
- Toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine
- Entrance hall with coat rack
- Smart TV, WiFi, safe
- Large balcony or terrace with table, chairs, and parasol
- Cleaning equipment and rotary clothes dryer
- One towel package per person (1 small and 1 large towel)
- Kitchen starter package with dish soap, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, filters, Wettex, dish towels
Superior service:
Shower gel, toilet paper, and trash bags are replenished free of charge upon request.
Parasols are available upon request.
I need more towels and fresh bed linen.
This is possible at any time; simply inform the reception desk.
- For stays of 8 nights or more, one interim cleaning and linen change is included.
- Additional hand towel and bath towel changes are €6 per set.
I need a high chair/cot/extra bed.
- Baby kit (on request) - one-time fee of € 16
- Extra bed (couch with proper mattress) for children aged 7 and above - € 15 per night
- An extra bed will be charged based on the respective basic occupancy rate.
Daily cleaning/interim cleaning?
Final cleaning: mandatory.
Final cleaning does not include waste disposal (bottles, crates, cardboard boxes, packaging material, etc.) and may be charged separately. Please dispose of waste in the designated waste room.
- Interim cleaning can be booked as an option when making your reservation: waste disposal, bed making, towel change, bathroom/toilet cleaning, kitchen
- Daily cleaning/2-day cleaning can be booked optionally when making your reservation: garbage disposal, bed making, towel change, bathroom/toilet cleaning - no kitchen cleaning.
We kindly ask you to book additional cleaning services up to 2 weeks before arrival. On site, this is only possible subject to availability.
Additional cleaning services can also be booked on site, but only subject to availability.
Can I do my laundry?
You are welcome to use the washing machine/dryer (for a small fee).
