Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about your stay at AlpenParks The Secret Sölden. From arrival and apartments to wellness and cuisine to activities in Sölden—we will help you plan your perfect vacation.
Are parking spaces available?
Yes, underground parking spaces, including electric charging stations, are available.
How far is it to the ski lift?
The Gaislachkogelbahn mountain railway is approximately 250 meters from the hotel.
How far is it to the center of Sölden?
The center of Sölden is just a 10-minute walk away. There you will find a good selection of shops, including a supermarket and bakery, as well as important amenities such as a pharmacy and doctor. Everything you need is right on your doorstep – for a completely relaxing stay.
How long is the reception open?
Our reception desk is staffed daily. You can find the exact times in the appendix on site. We are available by phone 24 hours a day.
Is there air conditioning in the apartments?
The apartments have large windows for a pleasant indoor climate; there is no separate air conditioning.
Can I add breakfast when booking an apartment?
- The extensive breakfast buffet is included in the price.
- Half board can also be booked for an additional charge.
Can I visit the restaurant as an external guest?
Our restaurant welcomes not only hotel guests, but all connoisseurs and culinary enthusiasts.
What are the opening hours of the wellness area?
- The indoor pool is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- The outdoor pool is available from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and from 1:00 p.m. in winter.
- Our saunas are open daily from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
When can we check in and when do we have to check out?
On the day of arrival, our rooms are available from 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.
If you arrive after the reception closes at 6:00 p.m., please contact the hotel. You will receive your personal access code.
Is there a supermarket/grocery store nearby?
In the center of Sölden (approx. 10 minutes' walk), you will find a selection of shopping facilities such as a supermarket and bakery, as well as important services such as a pharmacy and doctor.
Is there a sporting goods store nearby?
Yes, the Sporthütte Fiegl is located right next to the Gaislachkoglbahn valley station in Sölden (250 m from the hotel). There you will find everything you need for your skiing holiday: rental and sale of high-quality ski equipment, professional ski service, and convenient storage facilities.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome here.
- We charge a fee of €40.00 per night (without meals).
- A maximum of two dogs are allowed per apartment.
How can I pay my bill?
You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, by debit card, or credit card (Visa and MasterCard). The bill is due upon departure. You are welcome to settle your bill the evening before departure.
What is already available in my apartment?
The basic equipment is covered by the AlpenParks Superior Service:
- High-quality, fully equipped fitted kitchen
- Brand-name kitchen appliances: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher
- Toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine
- Entrance hall with coat rack
- Smart TV, WiFi, safe
- Balcony or terrace
- Cleaning equipment and rotary clothes dryer
- One towel package per person (1 small and 1 large towel)
- Kitchen starter package with dish soap, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, filters, Wettex, dish towels
Superior Service:
Shower gel & shampoo, toilet paper, and trash bags are replenished free of charge upon request.
Parasols are available upon request.
I need more towels and fresh bed linen.
This is possible at any time; simply inform the reception desk.
For stays of 8 nights or more, one interim cleaning and linen change is included.
Additional hand towel and bath towel changes:
- 1-bedroom apartment: €16
- 2-bedroom apartment: €32
- 3-bedroom apartment: €48
Additional bed linen/linen change:
- 1-bedroom apartment: €25
- 2-bedroom apartment: €50
- 3-bedroom apartment: €70
I need a high chair/cot/extra bed.
- Baby Kit (upon request) - one-time fee of €20
Daily cleaning/interim cleaning?
Final cleaning: mandatory.
Final cleaning does not include waste disposal (bottles, crates, cardboard boxes, packaging material, etc.) and may be charged separately. Please dispose of waste in the designated waste room.
- Interim cleaning can be booked as an option when making your reservation: waste disposal, bed making, towel change, bathroom/toilet cleaning, kitchen
- Daily cleaning/2-day cleaning can be booked optionally when making your reservation: garbage disposal, bed making, towel change, bathroom/toilet cleaning - no kitchen cleaning.
We kindly ask you to book additional cleaning services up to 2 weeks before arrival. On site, this is only possible subject to availability. Additional cleaning services can also be booked on site, but only subject to availability.
