Are there electric charging stations at the hotel?
Yes, the Design Hotel AlpenParks The Secret Sölden in Tyrol has seven electric charging stations in the hotel's underground car park.
Is there air conditioning in the suites?
Our suites do not have air conditioning, but large windows provide sufficient fresh air and a pleasant indoor climate.
How big are the indoor and outdoor pools?
The indoor pool is 70 m² and heated to 33°C, while the outdoor pool is 90 m². Both pools are directly connected and offer panoramic views of the Ötztal Alps.
Is there an adults-only area?
Yes, our sauna area in the spa is exclusively for guests aged 16 and over. The pool area is accessible to all guests.
Where can you rent e-bikes?
You can rent high-quality e-bikes from our partner Sporthütte Fiegl right next to the Gaislachkoglbahn cable car.
Are there any shopping facilities nearby?
The center of Sölden, with its restaurants, shops, and après-ski venues, is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. There you will find a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and other amenities.
What is the best way to travel to Sölden?
- By train: Railjet and express train station Ötztal, approx. 40 minutes' drive to the hotel. Transfer available on request.
- By car: Take the A12 to Ötztal, then enjoy the panoramic drive to the hotel, approx. 40 minutes.
- By plane: Innsbruck Airport (INN) is about 85 km away and can be reached in about 1.5 hours by car. Alternatively, the international airports in Munich (about 3 hours) and Zurich (about 3.5 hours) also offer convenient travel options to the Ötztal valley.
Are dogs permitted?
Yes, dogs are welcome (€40 per night, excluding food). Dog bed and bowl available on request. Dogs are not permitted in the wellness and restaurant areas.
