Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions and useful information about AlpenParks Residence Glemmrise. We want to ensure that your stay with us in Viehhofen is as pleasant and smooth as possible.

 

Questions and answers
Are parking spaces available?

Parking spaces are available. One free space is included per apartment. If you are traveling with more than one car per apartment, these can be parked free of charge in the general outdoor parking lot.

How far is it to the ski lift?

Ski out from the holiday resort to the zellamseeXpress valley station – access to the Schmittenhöhe ski area possible (if there is sufficient snow).
The ski bus stops right at the entrance (a few minutes' walk) and takes you quickly and comfortably to Saalbach to the Schönleitenbahn (access to the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski circus).

HOW FAR IS IT TO THE CENTER OF VIEHHOFEN?

The center of Viehhofen is about a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

How long is the reception open?

Our reception desk is staffed daily. You can find the exact times in the appendix on site. We are available by phone 24 hours a day.

When can we check in and when do we have to check out?
  • On the day of arrival, our apartments are available from 4:00 p.m.
  • On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartments by 10:00 a.m.
  • If you plan to arrive late, please contact the reception team in good time.
Is there a supermarket/grocery store nearby?
  • There is a mini shop right next to the reception.
  • In Saalbach, you will find a Billa, Mpreis, and a bakery.

 

Is there a sporting goods store nearby?

There are sports shops right next to the reception and also at the zellamSeeXpress valley station.

Can we book breakfast for our stay?
  • Breakfast buffet: The breakfast buffet in the bistro can be booked as an extra.
    • Children up to 4 years: free of charge
    • Children from 4 to 14 years: EUR 8
    • Adults: EUR 19.50 per person/night when booked in advance
    • Adults: EUR 21 per person/night when booked on site
  • Bread roll service: Order your bread rolls conveniently by 4 p.m. the day before and pick them up the next morning in the breakfast bistro.
Can I bring my dog?

Your dog is welcome to come on vacation with you (advance booking required).
We charge € 19 per day (excluding food).

  • Dogs are not allowed in the bistro or wellness area.
  • Please note that there will be fireworks in Viehhofen on New Year's Eve. Sensitive dogs should therefore not be left unattended in the apartments on this night.
How can I pay my bill?

You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, by debit card, or credit card (Visa and MasterCard). The bill is due upon departure. You are welcome to settle your bill the evening before departure. 

What is already available in my apartment?

The basic equipment is covered by the AlpenParks Superior Service:

  • High-quality, fully equipped fitted kitchen
  • Brand-name kitchen appliances: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher
  • Toaster, electric kettle
  • Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine
  • Entrance hall with coat rack
  • Smart TV, WiFi, safe
  • Balcony or terrace
  • Cleaning equipment and rotary clothes dryer
  • One towel package per person (1 small and 1 large towel)
  • Kitchen starter package with dish soap, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, filters, dish towels
  • Shower gel, toilet paper, and garbage bags are available free of charge upon request.
  • Umbrellas are available upon request.
Do I need more towels or fresh bed linen?

This is possible at any time; simply inform the reception desk.

  • For stays of 8 nights or more, one interim cleaning and linen change is included.
  • Additional hand towel and bath towel changes are €6 per set.
  • Bed linen changes or extra bed linen are €6 per set.
Do I need a high chair/cot?

Baby kit (high chair and cot) (on request) one-time fee of €10

Daily cleaning/interim cleaning?

Final cleaning: mandatory.
Final cleaning does not include waste disposal (bottles, crates, cardboard boxes, packaging material, etc.) and may be charged separately. Please dispose of waste in the designated waste room.

  • Interim cleaning can be booked optionally when making your reservation: waste disposal, bed making, towel change, bathroom/toilet cleaning, kitchen
  • Daily cleaning/2-day cleaning can be booked optionally when making your reservation: garbage disposal, bed making, towel change, bathroom/toilet cleaning - no kitchen cleaning.

We kindly ask you to book additional cleaning services up to 2 weeks before arrival. On site, this is only possible subject to availability.

Can I do my laundry?

You are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer for an additional fee.

I would like to take out travel insurance. What do I need to do?

We are happy to recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. We will be happy to advise you on this.
