Are parking spaces available at the apartments?
Parking spaces are available in our underground site. One free space is included per apartment booking. Each additional underground parking space costs EUR 8,- per day (from winter 2022/23 EUR 10,- per day).
E-Charging stations are available. Please declare upon booking.
How far is it to the ski lift?
The bus stop is right outside the hotel. Arrive at the Schlossalm in approx. five minutes.
Is there a sports store nearby?
The sports store with rental options is located inside the AlpenParks building.
Is there a skischool nearby?
Some ski schools are right next door to the AlpenParks Residence Bad Hofgastein.
How far is it to the thermal spa?
The Alpentherme is within a five-minute walk.
There’s also the Felsentherme in Bad Gastein.
Do you deliver to the apartment?
We deliver from the AlpenParks Bistro to your apartment.
Can I bring my dog?
Your dog is absolutely welcome.
We bill € 19 per day (food not included).
Is the Gastein Card included?
You automatically get the Gastein Card, which features a great selection of discounts. You have to pay the local tax if you are 15 years of age and above.
How can I settle my account?
You can settle your account in cash, via cash card or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
What are the arrival and departure times?
Our rooms and apartments are available from 3 pm on your arrival day. We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms and apartments by 10 am on your departure day.
How late is the reception open?
Our reception is open for you every day from
8 am to 12 am and from
3 pm to 7 pm.
Where can I shop and what are the opening hours?
Some food stores are in close proximity.
Monday to Friday from 7.15 am to 7.30 pm
Saturday 7.15 am to 6 pm
Open from 2 to 6 pm on Sundays and public holidays in winter.
What is already available in my apartment?
The AlpenParks superior service covers the basic arrangement: a towel package consisting of one large and one small towel per person, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, filter, sponge cloth, toaster, flat iron, vacuum cleaner, dish rags, Nespresso coffee maker (and a small amount of capsules), free WLAN, LCD TV, stereo.
I need more towels / fresh bedlinen?
Gladly. Please notify the reception. 8 nights and more: one bedlinen change included.

I need a high chair / additional bed. Do I have to pay extra?
High chair and baby bed (on enquiry) – one-time € 15
Additional bed for children up to age 5 – one-time € 15
Additional bed for children aged 6 to 15 or adult: € 15 per night
Daily cleaning / intermediate cleaning?
Can be booked on request. (for a fee)
Can I wash my laundry in the hotel?
You can use the washing machine / tumble dryer for an extra charge.
