Are parking spaces available at the hotel?
  •  1 free parking space per unit is available free of charge during the stay.
  •  Garage parking spaces are available on request for an extra charge of € 15,- per night. (Please note: cars must not be longer than 5 m and not higher than 2.20 m).
  •  Further parking spaces are available at a distance of 350m.

E-charging stations are available inside and outside (for a fee).

How far is it to the ski lift?
  •  8-seater Maierl gondola, 500m (KitzSki ski area)
  •  6-seater Pengelstein gondola, 1500m (KitzSki ski area)
  •  8-seater KiWest gondola, 2500m (SkiWelt ski area)
  •  4-seater chairlift Gaisberg, 500m (toboggan run, bike trails)
How far is it to the center of Kirchberg in Tirol?

  20 minute walk along the "Aschauer Ache". (1.5 kilometers)

How long is the reception open?

08.00 am to 7.00 pm. You can reach us by telephone 24 hours a day.

When can we check in and when do we have to check out?
  • Check In from 15.00 hrs
  • Check Out until 10.00 am

A LATE CHECK OUT can be booked on site for an additional charge. For late arrivals please inform us in advance.

Is there a supermarket/grocery store nearby?
  • Yes, in the center of Kirchberg (1.5km away).
  • Selected supermarkets are open on Sundays and public holidays in the mornings and afternoons.
  • We offer important items in our 24h snack vending machine in the hotel.
Is there a sports store nearby?

The nearest sports store is approx. 350m away. Also at the valley stations of the Maierl and Pengelstein cable cars.

Is there a Ski Rental NEARBY?

Our partner for ski rentals is Sportsheaven Kirchberg, just a 2-minute drive away.

Is there a ski school nearby?

The nearest ski school is at the Maierlbahn, 500m away.

Can we book breakfast OR HALF BOARD in the apartment?

Yes, at any time. The surcharge for breakfast is € 25 per adult/day and € 15 per child/day (4-12 years). If you book in advance for the entire stay, you will receive reduced prices of € 22 or € 12. We ask you to book the day before by 5 pm.

The surcharge for half board is € 38 per adult/day and € 28 per child/day. Reservation possible until 2 pm on the same day.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are allowed in selected apartments. The surcharge is € 35 (without food) per day. Food bowls and dog blankets are provided.

Dogs are allowed in the following categories: Studio TAXACHER, Apartment DELUXE with 1 bedroom, Apartment DELUXE Plus with 1 bedroom, Apartment PREMIUM with 2 bedrooms, Apartment RETTENSTEIN with 3 bedrooms, Apartment RETTENSTEIN Plus with 3 bedrooms, Penthouse RETTENSTEIN with 3 bedrooms

Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurants and in the garden, as well as on the terrace during the main meal times in summer.

  • Dogs must be house-trained.
  • The dog owner is liable without limitation for damage and soiling, in particular special cleaning, caused by the dog, therefore dog liability insurance is a prerequisite.

Behind the hotel, there is a beautiful walking path. Dog bags and waste garbage cans are available at regular intervals. There is a bike washing station right next to the hotel which can also be used for the dogs.

What services does the included guest card offer?

You will receive the guest card free of charge at reception on the day of arrival. This includes:

  • Free use of public transport: between Wörgl and Hochfilzen as well as selected bus lines in the region free of charge.
  • Discounts on cable cars: Benefit from discounts on mountain and valley rides
  • Free admission to the free swimming facilities in Kirchberg, Brixen and Westendorf
  • Free admission to the new activity arena in Westendorf: Ninja Warrior Parkour, multi-sports facility, rope play equipment, carousel, sand & water play area, ... and much more.
  • Discount on the children's and family program
  • Discount on guided hikes

Is the Kitzbühel Summer Card also included?

No, the Kitzbüheler Summercard is not included free of charge. We will be happy to issue you with the Sommercard at any time at reception at a reduced price.

How can I pay my bill?
  •  You will automatically receive a link online one day before arrival.
  •  You can view and pay the invoice digitally at any time.
  •  Online: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal and instant bank transfer.
  •  Of course, the reception staff are also available during opening hours. The invoice can also be paid in cash on site at any time.
What is already available in my apartment?

The basic equipment is covered by the AlpenParks Superior Service:

  •  High-quality fitted kitchen with full equipment
  • Branded kitchen appliances Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher
  • Sandwich toaster, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine
  • Anteroom with wardrobe
  • Smart TV, WLAN, safe
  • Large balcony or terrace with table and chairs
  • Cleaning equipment and rotary dryer
  • One towel package per person (1 small and 1 large towel)
  • Kitchen starter pack with washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, dishcloth, tea towels

Superior service:
Shower gel, toilet paper and garbage bags are available free of charge on request.

I need more towels or fresh bed linen.

Possible at any time, just let reception know or write in the guest app.

  • From 8 nights 1x intermediate cleaning and linen change is included.
  • Additional hand and bath towel changes free of charge on request
I need a high chair/crib/extra bed.
  • Possible on advance reservation. At short notice depending on availability:

  • Baby cot or extra bed for children € 25 to € 45 once per stay

  • Extra bed is possible in the existing pull-out couches. € 25 - € 45 per night for children from 6 years or for adults.

Daily cleaning/intermediate cleaning?

When booking double rooms, the hotel services are included as follows:
Daily garbage disposal, bed making, towel change, bathroom/WC cleaning.

When booking apartments: Final cleaning is included in the room price.

Waste disposal (bottles, boxes, cardboard, packaging material etc.) is not included in the final cleaning and can be charged separately. Please dispose of garbage in the designated garbage room.

  • Intermediate cleaning or daily cleaning optionally bookable upon reservation: garbage disposal, bed making, towel change, bathroom/WC cleaning, kitchen
    • € 15 per person and day

We kindly ask you to book additional cleaning before arrival. On site this is only possible subject to availability. Additional cleaning services can also be booked on site, but only subject to availability.

Can I do my laundry?

Washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the basement of the underground parking garage.

Laundry tabs are available for purchase at reception.

Are the rooms & apartments barrier-free?

Yes, some of our rooms & vacation apartments are barrier-free (please specify when booking). There are also elevators in the house.

I WANT TO KEEP MY SKI/BIKE EQUIPMENT SAFE?

Video-monitored ski and bike storage including ski boot dryers are located in the building.
