IMPORTANT! Your booking becomes binding/fixed only after confirmation of the reservation.

• We ask you to make your reservation up to 6 months before the arrival date, last minute bookings are possible from 2 weeks before the arrival date on request subject to availability.
• Please contact us if you have not received the confirmation within 48 hours (please also check your SPAM beforehand).
• Tourist use by the owner is always charged per week with Saturday-Saturday and 7 nights.
• There is no right to use between 6 months before arrival and last minute or to use any available room or apartment.
• A reservation is basically subject to the booking| or cancellation conditions of the house, as well as the house rules.
• In case of continuous use for several weeks, a new check-in must be made on Saturdays. From the beginning of the third week at least one intermediate cleaning has to take place.
