You decide whether you prefer to be responsible for your own enjoyment experience, or whether we can spoil you in the Troadkastn restaurant and bar with breakfast or "à la carte".

  • You surely don't feel like cooking on holiday?
    You are very welcome to pre-book breakfast for the whole stay. 
    In the evening you can indulge yourself in our "À la carte" restaurant Troadkastn.
     
  • You don't feel like going to a restaurant every day?
    No problem, you can decide from day to day. Enjoy the breakfast buffet, or dinner at Troadkastn À la carte.
     
  • The little ones love pizza while watching TV in the apartment?
    Not only the little ones - all couch potatoes get homemade pizza and make themselves comfortable in the cosy apartment.
     
  • Good morning with bread roll service?
    You like to have breakfast in your apartment, but don't want to bother to go to the baker?
    We are happy to prepare fresh rolls, bread or sweet treats for your breakfast table. Simply order at the reception or in the restaurant until 19.00 hrs the evening before and pick up your freshly baked bread in the morning from 7.30 hrs.
     
  • Good evening for connoisseurs?
    Sonnleiten connoisseurs know that the aperitif tastes best in the Troadkastn Bar by the fireplace. After dinner you can relax there in a relaxed atmosphere.

A sporty power breakfast with self-mixed muesli, fresh fruit or typically Austrian with crispy rolls and the finest jam and organic honey? In the Restaurant Troadkastn in the Sonnleiten in Saalbach our guests enjoy their breakfast or dinner.

The Troadkastn used to be a granary made of wood or stone in the Alpine region. Today the wood of one of these Troadkästns is part of and gives the restaurant in Sonnleiten its name. At Troadkastn we love the regional, Austrian and Mediterranean cuisine - classic or newly interpreted.

But not only our own preferences, especially the tastes of our international and young guests play the main role in the selection of dishes. Whether boiled beef or homemade pizza, in any case, the best product quality is always a prerequisite. Good food does not have to be complicated.

Our meals do not contain: aspartame, artificial colourings, glutamates or flavour enhancers, nitrite pickling salt, no citric acid. We do not use any finished products such as sauces, soups etc.

  • Vegan, lactose- or glutenfree dishes are available (with prior reservation and extra charge).
  • Seasonal changes are possible.
