Are parking spaces available at the hotel?
Underground parking spaces (€ 8 per vehicle and day) are available with additional free parking spots, depending on availability, at the hotel.
E-Charging stations are available. Please declare upon booking.
How far is it to the ski lift?
The valley station MK Maiskogelbahn is 300 m away (on foot).
From Kaprun directly to the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. The 3K K-onnection, Salzburg's first 3S-cable car, connect the Maiskogel with the Langwiedboden in the glacier ski resort.
Are bathrobes and towels provided in the sauna area?
You can borrow bathrobes at the reception for € 5,-.
Can we additionally book breakfast or half-board?
- Breakfast buffet for € 15 per adult and day and € 7 for kids
- 3-course set dinner menu € 21 per adult and day and for kids € 13 in our restaurant

Can I bring my dog?
Your four-legged friend is absolutely welcome to join you on your holiday. We bill € 19 per day (food not included) for cleaning services.
Is the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card included in the price?
The Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card is included in the price from 15 May to 31 October. Save money by enjoying free admission to the cable cars, beach and indoor pools, and numerous other attractions!
How can I settle my account?
You can settle your account in cash, via cash card or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
How late is the reception open?
Our reception is open for you every day from 8 am to 8 pm.
Where can I shop and what are the opening hours?
Find a super market for your daily needs, a bakery and a pharmacy right across our hotel.

Very conveniently located: Bründl Sports is directly next to the hotel.
Is there a ski school nearby?
Our partner Skidome Oberschneider is only a few minutes away from the hotel. As our guests you will receive a 5% discount on ski courses there.
What is already available in my apartment?
The AlpenParks superior service covers the basic arrangement: a towel package consisting of one large and one small towel per person, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, filter, salt & pepper, sponge cloth, dish rags, Nespresso coffee maker, free WLAN, bed linen and towels included, LCD TV, stereo.
I need more towels / fresh bedlinen?
Gladly. Please notify the reception. 8 nights and more: one bedlinen change included.

I need a high chair / additional bed. Do I have to pay extra?
