IMPORTANT! Your booking is only binding/fixed after confirmation of the reservation.

• Please indicate the desired period in which you would like to reserve your apartment. Arrival and departure day is always Saturday during the high season (New Year's Eve & February).
• Last minute bookings for up to 3 nights are possible from 5 days before arrival. In this case, the investor remains in the pool at 50%.
• The following costs will be charged directly to you and we ask you to settle the bill on site on departure at the latest:
  - Bed linen & towel package € 8,- per person
  - Depending on the category (€ 80.00 - € 160.00), final cleaning is charged at a 50% discount. A surcharge will be charged for larger amounts.
  - Local tax € 2,30 per person per day (from 15 years)
  - Summer card (May 27 - November 02) € 2.50 adult/day (from 6 years)
   (will be added to the actual costs by the tourist office)
