For parking you can use the free public parking lots of Mariapfarr.
Directly at the Hotel & Apartment Carpe Solem Mariapfarr there is the possibility to reserve the following parking spaces:

• Parking deck: EUR 3,- per day
• Underground parking: EUR 6,- per day

Please inform us when booking. E-charging stations are also available - please reserve when booking.

You can reach the numerous surrounding ski resorts in a few minutes with the ski buses. The ski bus stop is only 150m from the hotel.

• Ski area Großeck - Speiereck: 8 km
• Katschberg - Aineck ski area: 15 km
• Skiing area Obertauern: 22 km
• Ski area Kreischberg: 36 km

AlpenParks Carpe Solem is located directly in the center of the village. In just a few steps you can reach restaurants, supermarket, bakery and bus stop.

Our reception is staffed daily. Exact times can be found according to the appendix on site. By phone we are available for you 24 hours.

On the day of arrival our rooms are available from 04:00 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 am.
For an additional charge, a LATE CHECK OUT until 04:00 pm can be booked on site.

If you arrive after reception closing time, please contact the hotel. You will receive your personal access code.

Only 200m next to the hotel & apartment is the supermarket ADEG.

Opening hours:
Monday - Saturday: 07.30 am to 18.00 pm.
Closed on Sundays and holidays!

The sports store Pichler is located 1.1 km away. As our guest you will receive a 10% discount there on purchases and ski courses as well as on equipment rental

Also here we can highly recommend 'Sport Pichler' (about 1.1 km away). We are happy to organize a ski course for you.

You can spend 3 hours free of charge per day in the Samsunn Wellness Center. (Access from 14 years)

Please note that the wellness and sauna area is not designed for families with children. The main focus is to provide guests with as much relaxation as possible in a few hours.

With pleasure your four-legged darling may come with you on vacation. (only against advance notification).
We charge € 15,- per day (without food). Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and the wellness area.

We would like to point out that New Year's Eve in and around Mariapfarr is accompanied by some fireworks. Sensitive dogs must therefore not be left unattended in the apartments during this night.

You are welcome to pay your bill in CASH, with EC or credit card (Visa and Master Card). The bill is due upon departure. You are welcome to pay your bill the evening before departure.

The basic equipment is covered by AlpenParks Superior Service:

Superior Service:
Shower gel, toilet paper and garbage bags are provided free of charge upon request.

Sunshades are available on request.

• From 8 nights 1x intermediate cleaning and linen change is included.
• Additional hand and bath towel change € 8,- per set.

• Baby kit (on request) - one time € 15,-.
• Extra bed from 7 years - € 15,- per night
• An extra bed is charged from the respective basic occupancy.

Final cleaning: obligatory.
Final cleaning does not include garbage disposal (bottles, boxes, cardboard, packing material, etc.) and can be charged separately. Please dispose of the garbage in the designated garbage room.

• Intermediate cleaning optional bookable at reservation: garbage disposal, bed making, towel change, bathroom/WC cleaning , kitchen
• Daily cleaning/2-day cleaning optional bookable at reservation: garbage disposal, bed making, towel change, bath/WC cleaning - no kitchen

We kindly ask you to book additional cleaning until 2 weeks before arrival. On site this is only possible according to availability.

Additional cleaning can also be booked on site, but only according to availability.

Washing machine / dryer you can use for an additional charge.

Yes all apartments and the building are barrier-free. There are also elevators in the house. Also the direct access to the vitality and wellness area SAMSUNN is barrier-free.
