IMPORTANT! Your booking becomes binding/fixed only after confirmation of the reservation.

•  Your reservation please no later than 6 months before the arrival date.
• Please indicate the desired weeks in which you would like to reserve your apartment.
• Arrival and departure day during the winter season (December - April) is always Saturday.
• The following costs will be charged directly to you and we ask you to settle the bill on arrival on site:
  • Bed linen & towel package (1 towel, 1 bath towel): € 12,- per person
  • Final cleaning will be charged depending on the category (€ 90,00 - 180,00)
  • Local tax € 3,30 per person per day (from 15 years)
