By car
The most flexible way to get here is by car.
Access routes:
- Via the Bregenzerwald (Dornbirn – Schoppernau – Schröcken – Warth)
- Via the Lechtal (Reutte – Steeg – Warth)
Important in winter: The road between Lech and Warth (L198) is closed due to avalanche danger – therefore, access is only possible via the Bregenzerwald or Lechtal.
Information for drivers:
- Winter tires required (Nov. 1–Apr. 15)
- Snow chains recommended
- Vignette required on Austrian highways (with exceptions, e.g., parts of the A14)

Underground parking spaces are available.
By train & bus
Traveling by public transportation is both eco-friendly and stress-free.
