Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions and helpful information. Our primary goal is to ensure that your stay with us is as pleasant and smooth as possible.

Are parking spaces available?

Yes, each apartment has an underground parking space.
E-charging stations are also available. (for a fee) Please let us know when booking.

How far is it to the center?

Ski-in/ Ski-out: You can get directly from the resort to the ski slope and the mountain railroad.

How far is it to the center?

In 3 minutes on foot you can reach the center of Warth.

Is there a supermarket/grocery store nearby?

Only 3 minutes walk from the hotel & apartment is the supermarket SPAR.

Opening hours:
Monday - Saturday: 08.00 am to 18.00 pm.
Closed on Sundays and holidays!

Is there a sports store nearby?

The sports store "Sporttraum" is 4 minutes walk away.

Is there a ski school nearby?

Yes there are two ski schools in Warth (4 minutes walk away)

Can breakfast be booked in addition?

The rich breakfast buffet is already included in the price.

Can I take my dog with me?

Your four-legged friend is welcome to come on vacation with you (advance booking required).

  • We charge €25 per day (excluding food).
  • Dogs are only allowed in certain apartments.
  • Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.
How long is the reception open?

Our reception is staffed daily. Exact times can be found according to the appendix on site. By phone we are available for you 24 hours.

When can we check in and when do we have to check out?

On the day of arrival our rooms are available from 04:00 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 am.

If you arrive after the reception closing time, please contact the hotel. You will receive your personal access code.

How can I pay my bill?

You are welcome to pay your bill in CASH, with EC or credit card (Visa and Master Card). The bill is due upon departure. You are welcome to pay your bill the evening before departure.

What is already available in my apartment?

The basic equipment is covered by the AlpenParks Superior service:

  • High quality fitted kitchen with full equipment
  • Branded kitchen appliances Ceran stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher
  • Toaster, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine
  • Anteroom with wardrobe
  • Smart TV, WLAN, safe
  • Large balcony or terrace with table, chairs and parasol
  • Cleaning equipment and rotary clothes dryer
  • One towel package per person (1 small and 1 large towel)
  • Kitchen starter package with dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs, kitchen roll, filter, wettex, dish towels

Superior Service: Shower gel, toilet paper and garbage bags are provided free of charge upon request.

Sunshades are available on request.

I need more towels or fresh bed linen?

Gladly possible at any time, just let us know at the reception.

  • From 8 nights 1x intermediate cleaning and linen change is included.
  • Additional hand and bath towel change € 8,- per set.
I need a high chair/cot/extra bed?
  • Baby kit (baby crib and high chair: on request)
  • Extra bed up to 6 years: € 25,- once
  • Extra bed from 7 years: € 45,- to € 65,- per night (depending on season)
  • An extra bed is charged from the respective basic occupancy.
Daily cleaning/intermediate cleaning?

Final cleaning: obligatory.
Final cleaning does not include garbage disposal (bottles, boxes, cardboard, packing material, etc.) and can be charged separately. Please dispose of the garbage in the designated garbage room.

  • Intermediate cleaning optional bookable at reservation: garbage disposal, bed making, towel change, bathroom/WC cleaning , kitchen
  • Daily cleaning/2-day cleaning optional bookable at reservation: garbage disposal, bed making, towel change, bath/WC cleaning - no kitchen

We kindly ask you to book additional cleaning until 2 weeks before arrival. On site this is only possible according to availability.

Are the apartments wheelchair accessible / barrier-free?

Yes the apartments are barrier-free.

Is the Warth card included in summer?

Yes, the Warth Card is included free of charge from the first overnight stay.

  • Travel on the blue hiking bus lines 701, 702, 706, 709 and 704 between Hochkrumbach & Lech, Oberlech & Zürs, Rüfiplatz & Zug and Rüfiplatz & Stubenbach
  • Travel with the Bregenzerwaldbus line 852 from Schröcken (Unterboden) via Warth to Lech (Schlosskopf)
  • Travel with the Lechtalbus line 110 from Elbigenalp via Warth to Lech (Schlosskopf)
