How can I pay at Alpenparks Alpendorf?
- You will automatically receive a link online one day before arrival.
- You can view and pay your bill digitally at any time.
- Online: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, and instant bank transfer.
- Of course, the reception staff are also available during opening hours. You can also pay your bill in cash at any time on site.
What are the check-in and check-out times for the apartments?
- Check-in from 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
Late check-out can be booked on site for an additional fee. Please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive late.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking spaces are available directly at the hotel. Please note that the number of parking spaces is limited and no fixed parking space can be guaranteed per apartment. Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If there are no spaces available directly at the hotel, you can park your car in a neighboring parking lot (only about 1 minute away).
Can breakfast be booked separately?
- Yes, anytime. The surcharge for breakfast is €19 per adult/day and €9 per child/day (4-12 years).
- If you book in advance before arrival for your entire stay, you will receive reduced prices of €17 and €8 respectively.
- We kindly ask you to make your reservation by 5 p.m. the day before.

Are dogs allowed in the apartments?
Dogs are permitted in selected apartments. The surcharge is €19 (without food) per day. We provide food bowls and dog blankets.
Please note that dogs are not permitted in the breakfast room or wellness area.
