FAQ´s
Are parking spaces available?
AlpenParks Hagan Lodge is car-free. Free parking facilities are available at the resort.
E-charging stations are available. Please notify us when booking.
How far is it to the ski lift?
Ski lifts and ski schools are located directly within the resort.
Are there restaurants nearby?
There are several inns and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Can we have breakfast delivered to the lodge?
Please place your order at the reception by 4 pm of the previous day and we’ll bring it to your door at 8 am next morning.
No breakfast delivery possible on Sundays and public holidays.
Am I allowed to bring my dog?
With prior registration before arrival and for an additional fee, it is possible to bring your four-legged family member along on your AlpenParks Hagan Lodge vacation. Due to hygiene regulations in the hotel industry, it is necessary to notify the reception in advance about pets. The presence of pets will be monitored during the stay!
We kindly request your consideration and adherence to the following points.
Throughout the Ausseerland region, there are:
- Leash requirement and
- duty to dispose of dog waste
You can find dog waste bags for disposal freely available at every garbage station within the chalet village. We kindly ask you, for the well-being of all and the maintenance of our beautiful facility, to adhere to these points.
The cost per dog per night is €25.00 (maximum 1 dog allowed per lodge). Any damages or special cleaning costs resulting from dogs in the lodges will be billed to the owners.
Important! Since there are pet-free lodges for allergy sufferers, if a pet is not registered, both the nightly surcharge and an additional €150.00 will be charged.
When can we check-in, and when do we have to check-out?
On the day of arrival, our lodges are available from 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 5:00 PM, please contact us in advance.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the lodge by 10:00 AM. However, you are welcome to continue using the parking area.
How can I pay my bill?
You can settle your account in cash, via cash card or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
How long is the reception open?
Our reception is open for you every day from 8.30 am to 5 pm.
Where can I shop, and what are the opening hours?
A supermarket for your daily needs is 3.5 km (an approximate five-minute drive) away.
What is already available in my lodge?
The AlpenParks superior service covers the basic arrangement: a towel package consisting of one large and one small towel per person, soap, shower gel, toilet paper, facial tissues, sauna towels, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, filter, salt & pepper, sponge cloth, dish rags, filter coffee maker, free WLAN, bed linen and towels included, LCD TV
I need more towels or fresh bed linens?
Gladly. Please notify the reception. 8 nights and more: one bedlinen change included.
