Are parking spaces available?
The AlpenParks Hagan Lodge is car-free. Free-of-charge parking options are available to you in the resort.
E-Charging stations are available. Please declare upon booking.
How far is it to the ski lift?
You can ski directly to the lodge! Ski school and ski lifts are all located directly at the resort.
Are there restaurants nearby?
The Alpenstubn is located at the resort; other inns and restaurants are within close proximity.
Can we have breakfast delivered to the lodge?
Please place your order at the reception by 4 pm of the previous day and we’ll bring it to your door at 8 am next morning.
Can I bring my dog?
You can also take your four-legged family member with you to the AlpenParks Hagan Lodge for a surcharge if you register before arrival. Due to hygiene regulations in the hotel industry, it is necessary to report pets to the reception in advance. The presence of pets is controlled during the stay!

- Obligation to dispose of dog waste
Dog waste bags for disposal can be found in the Hüttendorf for free at every garbage station. We ask you to follow these points for the benefit of all and our beautiful facility.
The price per dog per night is € 25.00 (a maximum of 1 dog is allowed per lodge and is only possible in some lodges).
Damage and special cleaning costs caused by dogs in the lodges will be charged to the owners.
Important! Since there are pet-free lodges for allergy sufferers, if a pet is not registered, the surcharge per night and an additional € 150.00 will be charged.”
What are the arrival and departure times?
Our rooms and apartments are available from 4 pm on your arrival day. We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms and apartments by 10 am on your departure day. You are welcome to use our parking lot afterwards.
How can I settle my account?
You can settle your account in cash, via cash card or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
How late is the reception open?
Our reception is open for you every day from 8 am to 8 pm.
Where can I shop and what are the opening hours?
A supermarket for your daily needs is 2.5 km (an approximate five-minute drive) away.

Saturday 7.30 am to 1 pm
What is already available in my apartment?
The AlpenParks superior service covers the basic arrangement: a towel package consisting of one large and one small towel per person, soap, shower gel, toilet paper, facial tissues, sauna towels, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, filter, salt & pepper, sponge cloth, dish rags, filter coffee maker, free WLAN, bed linen and towels included, LCD TV, stereo.
I need more towels / fresh bedlinen?
Gladly. Please notify the reception. 8 nights and more: one bedlinen change included
