Are parking spots available at the hotel?

Parking spaces are available in our underground car park. One free parking space per apartment is included. If you travel with several cars per apartment, please let us know before you arrive.

How far away is the ski lift?

The Rosshütte and Gschwandtkopf ski areas are about 2 km from the apartment. The ski bus of the Olympic region Seefeld stops at the pharmacist car park in the immediate vicinity and takes you free of charge to the ski areas. How far is it to central Seefeld?

The centre of Seefeld can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.

How long is reception open?

Our reception is open daily for you from 8 am to 8 pm.

When can we check in and when do we have to check out?

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 14 o'clock on the day of arrival. On the day of departure you can use your room until 11 am. Of course we would like to make your stay in our house as pleasant as possible, so you can enjoy a late-check-out depending on capacity. A Late-Check-Out would be possible until 17 o'clock against a surcharge of 70 % of the overnight stay price. You are welcome to ask 1-2 days before your arrival if a late-check-out is possible.

Is there a sports store nearby?

The fashion house Sailer as well as the ski rental Sailer have a large selection of sport equipment.

Is there a ski school nearby?

In the centre of Seefeld there are many ski schools. We recommend our partner Skisport Aktiv.

Can we book breakfast in addition to our stay?

You are welcome to book breakfast for your stay.
You can book for the entire stay at the time of reservation or for individual days on site.

Can I bring my dog?

Your four-legged companion is welcome to join you on holiday. (only with preregistration)
We charge € 20 per day (without food). Dogs are not allowed at the restaurant.

How can I settle my bill?

You are welcome to pay your bill in BAR, by EC or credit card (Visa and Master Card). The invoice is due upon departure. Departures before the reception opens can be checked out the evening before via PRE CHECK OUT.

What is already available in an apartment?

The basic equipment is covered by the AlpenParks Superior Service.

A towel package consisting of one large and one small towel per person. Nespresso coffee maker (without tabs), filter coffee maker, detergent, tabs, kitchen roll, filter, salt & pepper, sponge cloth, tea towels, free W-LAN, SMART TV, safe.

I need more towels / fresh linen?

You are welcome to contact us at any time, just give us a call at the reception.

Room cleaning during your stay costs € 35,00 per apartment, an additional change of linen € 25,00 per apartment, a change of towels € 8,00 per apartment and a wellness towel for rent € 2,00 per person.

Bathrobes for rent are available at the reception for a deposit of € 20,00 / rental fee € 3,00 per person.

I need a high chair/cot/extra bed?

We are happy to provide a baby cot, a high chair and a baby monitor on request.
