Winter hiking in Zell am See-Kaprun

What could be more beautiful than hiking through the deep winter landscape? In Zell am See-Kaprun there are countless opportunities to really enjoy the winter. A winter hike to the Enzianhütte or the Ronachkopf in Thumersbach is always worthwhile. The starting point of the tour is the parking lot at the lido in Thumersbach. Free parking spaces are available here.

Then head towards the kindergarten, where you will see the first hiking signs and follow the road towards "Enzianhütte". You could also turn off at the "guestbook" theme trail and walk part of the winter hike through the forest. However, we always follow the road and hike up to the Enzianhütte. If you continue for another 10 minutes at the Enzianhütte and then turn right, you will reach the famous Ronachkopf at 1,350m.
