Hike to the Klingspitz in Dienten am Hochkönig

The starting point for this hike is the Grünegg Alm snack station in Dienten am Hochkönig. You will find the first signposts in the direction of "Klingspitz" right by the parking lot. At the beginning you follow a forest road which soon branches off into a hiking trail. After a short time, you reach the Lettenalm with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. The trail then continues on a flatter section until you reach the Marbachhöhe. From this point, the hiking trail becomes steeper again and you can see the summit in the distance. The last section before the summit cross is still quite steep, but the view at the top is definitely worth it.

Tip: After a short rest, you have the opportunity to hike to a second summit cross. The summit "Hochkaser" 2,017m is only a good 15-minute walk away and is definitely worth a detour! Follow the hiking trail in the direction of Hundstein.

You can then return along the same route or hike back a little to the "Reicheralm" junction. From here, follow the hiking signs again in the direction of "Jausenstation Grünnegg".
