Sunset hike to the Kleberkopf in Saalbach

We start our hike at the Spielberghaus in Saalbach. It is only an 8-minute drive from AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Sonnleiten. There are a few parking spaces just below the Spielberghaus.
Just behind the Spielberghaus, we turn right and walk uphill alongside the mountain bike trail for a few minutes until we reach the forest path.

Then follow the forest path and keep to the signs for "Kleberkopf". There is an option to turn right onto a hiking trail, but we continue along the forest path. After a short time, we pass the Burgeralm and turn right here and continue along the forest path. After a good 45 minutes, the forest path ends and we hike the last 15-20 minutes on a hiking trail up to the Kleberkopf summit cross.

We enjoy the breathtaking sunset and then take the same route back to the Spielberghaus. A very rewarding and easy mountain tour.
