  • Lake Zell
    First and foremost, of course, is the sparkling blue Lake Zell. It's not for nothing that Lake Zell is one of the purest swimming lakes in Europe.   • Sigmund Thun gorge and gorge lake
    On hot summer days, a visit to the Sigmund Thun Gorge in Kaprun is also highly recommended. The Sigmund Thun Gorge is a 320 m long gorge formed by water. Depending on your preference, you can extend the excursion with a hike up the Bürgkogel or around the gorge lake. There is also a small kiosk and a children's playground at the gorge lake.
  • Plettsaukopf reservoir
    The famous Plettsaukopf reservoir is located on the Schmittenhöhe. You can hike up here via a beautiful circular hiking trail and enjoy the mountain panorama and the cool water. There is also a water playground, a play ship, a sandpit and plenty of places to sit and relax.

  • Ritzensee lake
    After a leisurely mountain bike tour, you can cool off in the Ritzensee lake in Saalfelden. The natural bathing area with moor water, spacious sunbathing areas, non-swimmer and children's pools with water slide and playgrounds is something special for everyone. There is also a beach buffet and a restaurant on site.

  • Excursion to the Krimml waterfalls
    Waterfalls are also a welcome refreshment on hot days. The Krimml Waterfalls in particular are definitely worth a visit! The Krimml Waterfalls are one of the largest waterfalls in Europe with three cascades and a total drop height of 385 meters. Experience the most beautiful rainbows, the refreshing spray and the impressive power of the water in the middle of the breathtaking Hohe Tauern National Park.
