Here's how easy it is to get your Welcome Card
As soon as you book at least one night at the AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Montana Matrei, you’ll receive the Welcome Card. It is:
- free and already included in your stay
- personal—meaning it’s your very own card
- valid from check-in until your departure
- conveniently available digitally on your smartphone, always at your fingertips
You’ll receive your card directly from us at the front desk—just ask for it when you check in.
Tip for traveling by public transit: If you’d like to ride the bus for free on your way to the hotel, contact the East Tyrol Tourism Association (+43 50 212 212) well in advance of your arrival. That way, you can use public transit for free as soon as you arrive.
Free public transportation throughout the East Tyrol district
The biggest advantage of your Welcome Card: You can ride public transportation for free throughout the entire East Tyrol district. Simply show your card when boarding—no need to buy a ticket. The following are available for free:
