GOOD TO KNOW FOR YOU STAY IN MARIA ALM

The holiday flats of the Dorfresidence are located directly in the centre and the flats of the Residence Schmiedhöfl are about a five-minute walk from the centre or AlpenParks Hotel.

For the Residence Schmiedhöfl we have an underground parking lot, depending on the size of the apartment there are 1, 2 or 3 parking spaces. If you book in the Dorfresidence you will find the parking lot directly in front of the building, but here each apartment has only 1 parking space. There are enough free parking spaces in the vicinity, we will be happy to help you at the reception.

The Natrunbahn valley station is in 200 m walking distance. The ski bus to Dienten and Mühlbach stops almost outside the hotel (approx. 1 minute). The ski bus runs approx. every 15 minutes.

The ski school Maria Alm and several sports stores are right next door to the AlpenParks Resort Maria Alm.

Dogs are just allowed at the Dorfresidence. Please contact us before your booking.
We bill € 15 per day (food not included) for cleaning services.

You can book our breakfast buffet in our hotel restaurant.
Adults € 12 and children up to age 12 € 7.

Of course, there is free wi-fi in the vacation apartments.

Use all operating cable cars in Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach free of charge all summer long. Free use of the hiking bus, one summer tobogganing session on the Biberg included, free admission to the public pools in Maria Alm / Mühlbach. Guided mountain bike and e-mountain bike tours..

You can settle your account in cash, via cash card or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).

We kindly ask you to pay the remaining amount upon departure in cash or by EC or credit card.

Our apartments are available from 3 pm on your arrival day. We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms and apartments by 10 am on your departure day.

Our reception is open for you every day from 8 am to 8 pm.

The AlpenParks superior service covers the basic arrangement: a towel package consisting of one large and one small towel per person, bed linen, Nespresso coffee machine (without capsules), washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, filter, salt & pepper, sponge cloth, dish rags, free WLAN, LCD TV, stereo, golf green free discounts.
