Questions and answers

Are parking spots available?

Parking spaces are available. One free parking space is included per apartment. If you arrive with several cars per apartment, they can be parked in the general outdoor parking lot free of charge.

How far away is the ski lift?

Ski out from the resort to the valley station zellamseeXpress (entry to the ski area Schmittenhöhe) possible.
The ski bus stops directly at the entrance (a few minutes walk) and takes you quickly and comfortably to Saalbach to the Schönleitenbahn (entrance to the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn).


The center is about 15 minutes walk away.

How long is reception open?

Our reception is staffed daily. Exact times can be found according to the appendix on site. By phone we are available for you 24 hours.

When can we check in and when do we have to check out?

Our apartments are available to you from 3 pm on the arrival day. We ask you to vacate the rooms by 10 am on departure day.

In case of late arrival, please contact the reception team in time.

Is there a supermarket/grocery store nearby?

Directly in the resort you will find a minishop.
In Saalbach you will find a Billa, Mpreis and a bakery.

Is there a sports store nearby?

Right next to the reception and also at the valley station zellamSeeXpress you will find sports stores.

Can we book breakfast in addition to our stay?

We will gladly deliver fresh bread rolls to your apartment daily upon advance notice.

NEW Breakfast Box: Discover the daily fresh breakfast boxes - available in two variants - Classic and Mixed. The "Breaky Box" can always be ordered at the reception until 12 noon the day before and will be delivered to your door. More here.

Can I bring my dog?

Your four-legged companion is welcome to join you on holiday. (only with preregistration)
We charge € 19 per day (without food). Dogs are not allowed at the restaurant and spa area.

We’d like to inform you that there are several fireworks in Viehhofen on New Year’s Eve. Thus, sensitive dogs may not stay unsupervised in the apartments on this night.

How can I settle my bill?

You may gladly settle your bill with CASH, EC or credit card (Visa and Master Card). The bill is payable upon departure. You are welcome to pay your bill the evening before departure. 

What is already available in an apartment?

The basic amenities are covered by the AlpenParks superior service:

  • High-quality fitted kitchen with full equipment
  • Branded kitchen appliances ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher
  • Toaster, kettle
  • Rehrenberg I: Nespresso and filter coffee holder
  • Rehrenberg II: Nespresso and filter coffee machine
  • Anteroom with wardrobe
  • Smart TV, WLAN, Safe
  • Balcony or terrace
  • Cleaning equipment and rotary clothes dryer
  • One towel package per person (1 small and 1 large towel)
  • Kitchen starter pack with detergent, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, filter, dishtowels.
  • Shower gel, toilet paper, garbage bags are available on request free of charge.
  • Umbrellas are available upon request.

I need more towels / fresh linen?

Gladly possible at any time, just let reception now.

From 8 nights 1x intermediate cleaning and linen change is included.
Additional towel and bath towel change € 6,- per set

I need a high chair/cot?

  • Baby kit (on request) - one-time € 10

Daily cleaning/intermediate cleaning?

Final cleaning: mandatory.
Waste disposal is not included in the final cleaning. The waste has to be disposed into the respective containers which are located in the main building (waste separation)

  • Intermediate cleaning optionally bookable upon reservation: Recycling, bed-making, towel change, bath/WC cleaning, kitchen
  • Daily cleaning / 2-day cleaning optionally bookable upon reservation: Recycling, bed-making, towel change, bath/WC cleaning - no kitchen

We ask you to book additional cleaning up to 2 weeks before arrival. On site, this is only possible subject to availability.

Can I do my own laundry?

You can use the washing machine / dryer for an extra charge.

I would like to take out travel insurance. What do I have to do?

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance. We will be happy to advise you on this at the reception. For more detailed information please click here.

What are the cancellation conditions?

  • Free up to 3 months before arrival
  • 8 to 6 weeks before arrival date – 40% of total cost
  • 6 to 1 week before arrival date – 70% of total cost
  • 1 week to arrival date – 90% of total cost
  • NO SHOW – 100% of total cost
