Up to 3 months before the arrival day – free of charge
Up to 1 month before arrival day – 40% of the entire package price
Up to 1 week before arrival day – 70% of the entire package price
In the last and upon NO SHOW – 90% of the entire package price
Please take out travel cancellation insurance, so you are covered in case you fall ill.
Legal basis is Austrian hotel regulations.
Court of jurisdiction is Innsbruck.

Payments made in cash or with a debit (cash machine) card can be effected fee-free. We also accept the most popular credit cards VISA and MASTER CARD.
